If you need to install the rear sway bar and the bushings and endlinks I would find a friend who has some basic tools (like a jack and jackstands) to help you.
It can probably be done with the car on the ground, but most people doing that are probably just swapping out the sway bar that is on their car for a stiffer version and reusing parts from the old one.
