Look into the Meguiar's Hyperdressing. It's water based, so it won't sling.

You can dilute it from 1:1 up to 4:1. Its good on any plastic/vinyl pieces. I've used it on interiors, engine bays, tires, wheelwells and other exterior bits.

It comes full strength, has a nice "grape" like smell and doesn't sling.

Here's what 3:1 looks like (I tried all 4 dilutions and prefer 3:1)

I apply a thin amount on wet tires after washing then I apply a 2nd coat later while the wax cures, spray a small amount on a terry cloth applicator pad and wipe it on the tires.
