The log is up on romraider.

His learned knock is at ~1.0 g/s at crusing RPMs.

This is right when the stock ROM turns on FLKC and FBKC, so there could be some issues below that too. On 91, it's definitely sensitive in that area and the ROM you're using does have some funkiness in the total timing like he smoothed the timing map without concern for the KCA map. Total timing takes funny jumps right where he changes KCA. So it wouldn't surprise me if it's sensitive in some low load areas. High load looks conservative enough on timing to me that it "shouldn't" be knocking.

Sometimes on 91, it just can't take the 40 degrees of AVCS being requested in cruise loads. This is primarily for emissions / EGR, so I'd start by lowering AVCS advance in those cells. It's pretty obvious what I'm talking about if you look in the AVCS map. If that doesn't help, then adjust ignition timing down a little too.

Overall what you're seeing isn't something I'd be overly concerned about. It's being learned around and at these loads shouldn't be doing much in the way of long term damage.
