Should that be " done right by the right dealer " ?
The real Problem comes with the frustration where dealers seem to be incompetent in what are doing or are deliberately obstructive in fixing obvious problems, anyone who has owned cars long enough will eventually suffer from it, a mate recently with Audi and I had battles with my FORD dealers incompetencies a few years ago eventually I lost interest in fighting them instead finding a recommended competent independent mechanic.
My problems eventually sorted and I still love driving the car but would never buy a new Ford again because I can never trust their Servicing Dealers capability or honesty.
