Black or gunmetal with a chrome lip would probably work out the best for you. You want the wheels to contrast with the body, and with so much color already there, the only contrast you can have is black or white. You don't want any more color there.
It looks nice on that silver rex cause... it's SILVER... there's no color there to begin with so the purple really stands out.
If you really are deadset on powdercoating some godawful color, look to the blues maybe with a bit towards green, nothing with red or yellow in it. Complementary colors = good. Complimentary to orange = blue.
