Perhaps I'm missing something, but those logs look fine. I'm seeing 12-15 degrees BTDC at peak torque, and no negative KC, or big drops in KC. Try finding out what your IAM is set at... but it looks like it's at 16 or so and you're running full advance.
The car will pull as much as two or three degrees of timing as the temperatures drop, but that's normal, as per the ignition compensation tables in the ECU.
