Sucks to be you.
I left Anchorage, Alaska not long ago after three years of residence where a PAIR of local Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealerships in town were blacklisting Rubicon owners all over the city for warranty work, and kept electronic records of the respective vehicle's u-joint, stub shaft, and hub replacements, as well as drivetrain fluid conditions (i.e., silt, sand, shavings) at change intervals. These were submitted to a database shared by the dealers in order to prevent warranty-work to customers who had been flagged as possibly, GOD FORBID, taking their Rubicons....... gasp...... off road.
This is fact, and admitted by one of the two Dealerships. Do you honestly believe that new-car dealerships are honest, customer centric operations still in this age?
