The only real tuning necessary is to turn off the TGV codes in the OBDII section.

There may be a little bit of oscillating RPM on warm up. If this bugs you, you can also add some fuel to the warmup tables. Add ~5% at a time until it feels right on cold warmup. Changing those tables is not strictly necessary.

Assuming you are tuned for your other mods and all you did was delete the TGVs, you won't likely need any other tuning on the stock turbo. Boost might taper a little faster due to lack of restriction, but I doubt it at TD04 flow levels, your turbine housing is the main restriction... So, you shouldn't need much in the way of "real" tuning, just turning off the codes and if you feel like it, adjust the warmup tables.
