The trend towards transition heavy National Tours seems to be on the rise. With so many people running on board video, you no longer have to guess on course design based on the results, you can see it first hand.

The fact CSP Miatas and ST Civics continue to beat their "faster" SP and ST_ class competitors only reinforces the point that Solo 2 is more about weight/tire instead of weight/hp, with overall width playing a big factor now.

The only question that remains, is what the two courses will look like at Nationals. Hopefully they will differ in their elements enough to help balance out a class over two days, and not be two courses that favor narrow slalom masters.
