I have to say that my experience with the hangers has been TERRIBLE. I think this is due to the turbo system that was put into my car about 3 years ago. The midpipe hanger was a NIGHTMARE to put on. In fact I got only the bottom part on and then called it quits after 1 hour of trying to move the exhaust system around to line things up (the differential guard was also in the way and I did not want to remove that). Subaru engineers somehow decided that the hanger rods attached to the chassis would have "nubs" that are fairly easy to work with but the rods on the piping and muffler have ONE-WAY flanges. WARNING: once the hangers are on the exhaust system rods, they will NOT come off. Delrin is a great substance unless you have to remove it.
I suspect that when the turbo system was put it in, the installers must've moved the exhaust system around because NONE of the hanger rods line up with each other. When I looked around before doing anything, I noticed that all of the hangers were kinda twisted to the side. So, I'm going to wait until my new exhaust system comes in and then I'll the hangers.
All of the problems point to the messed up exhaust system and NOT to the Kartboy products. The hangers themselves are beautifully made and should last the life of the car. Now, I hope I'll have better luck with the new droplinks
