LOL break it? really...I've only worked in the auto-glass business for a year now and even I can tell the difference between something hit the windshield and someone smashed the windshield.

Sorry that it looks wavy out of your glass, maybe you got a poorly made piece, call them back. Just FYI, they're gonna hassle you, that $200+ you paid, 80% of that is cost for the installer/materials. I've gotten price quotes on my own windshield for ****s and giggles and Pilkington glass can be bought by a shop for near $80. They're gonna bitch and tell you it's fine until you bitch back enough they come out and fix it.
