I can relate to that, as I am sure most on here can. If I go more than say 5 days a week, or we have a tough week of WOD programming I can feel it mentally. I tend to push myself hard to be "comfortable while uncomfortable" and willing myself to keep going when I want to stop. In addition to all the stresses of life in general it can get draining to get fired up about kicking your own @ss. But I truly do believe that pushing yourself and raising the bar on your level of discomfort translates well in other parts of my life (whoa, that's like deep dude).

Funny thing is on my off days I feel like I am cheating and should be back at the gym. Perpetuating the cycle, haha.
