My works are the same size and offset. When I ran a 245/40/18 I'm almost positive I didn't have to roll. But if you want to be safe and run a good tire size rolling would be ideal. And honestly it's so easy why would you not do it?
I never rubbed in the back. Had mudflaps and I was dumped at one point. He'll I'm still low now and I don't rub at all if ever in the front on seriously harsh bumps. And I have 275's
