Tire size: 225/45/17? Recommendations? I want to have good grip around turns etc.
Suspension: KYB Agx struts with epic engineering springs and F&R swaybars
Alignment: Stock for now
Fender Mods: Don't really want to do any...
Spacers: Do I need some?

Thanks!
spacers are just for looks in most cases. i doubt you would ever need them with ur setup unless you trying to fit crazy huge tires for some reason.

you would have no trouble fitting a 245/40/17 with your setup. in general shorter sidewalls give you more stability through turns as well as better turn in response and feel. taller sidewalls are more cushy feeling. for summer tires the wider they are the more grip you're going to get as long as your camber isn't way out.
