I actually don't mind the snow on the lip and windshield so much since...well, it's snow. Perfectly clean cars in the snow just don't really make much sense realistically, and it's not like the snow that's there is really distracting. The composition and location are good (I might move the car just a tiny bit to the right in the frame though), but I think overall it's a bit underexposed. Since snow is white, it easily fools your camera's metering system, so often you need to compensate a little bit with a little more exposure. You might be able to simply add some in post-processing as well.
