Unhappy Check Engine Light goes on all the time.

I've got a 1995 2.0L Twin Turbo Legacy GT.
Of recent the CEL come on, with code 22, which relates to the Knock Sensor. I check it out and the knock sensor was damaged, so replaced it and that fixed the problem.

However, while replacing it, the intercooler and top inlet manifold was taken off, to create space for the sensor to be replaced but, in the proccess the setting for the throttle sensor was tampered with, this now created a new problem, the CEL comes on and off showing code 31(Abnormal voltage input entered from throttle sensor).

Does any one know how i can adjust the throttle sensor position to it right place.
