I in fact winged it to the point that my front flares are on the wrong sides (or at least, different sides than what jimbo did).
All i did was remove enough plastic from the ends to get them to sit mostly flush to the fenders. The rear took a lot of trimming, both on the ends and some where the rear door meets the body. Basically when i got them where i wanted them i started sending screws into the inner lip of the fender and bumper (and sideskirt). I punched several holes in the bottom of the fender lip and ziptied the flares to the fender at the top, though as Jumbo indicated i'm not sure it's really necessary. The rear flares have that large piece that sticks backwards...you can either cut it off and see if you can get things to sit, or do what i did and screw the bitch right into the bumper. I'll be hacking my fenders out very soon to fit larger wheels and tires, so i'm not averse to body modification.
