1. Texans love to drive big trucks that never go offroad, and try to intimidate you.
2. The road system in TX sucks, you have 4 lane Interstates, and 6 lane State Highways.
3. Like BlueRex said, people do not allow you to get on the highway from the on-ramp, people here act like they don't see the other car trying to merge.
4. The stupid lane bumps instead of painting lines...a ridiculous waste of money.
5. Frontage roads - who is the dumb@ss that thought of these things.
6. The signs - You don't realize its your exit until you've just passed it.
7. Any sign of rain/snow/ice - you will see about 5 cars off the road on a 10 mile stretch.
8. TxDOT - heres an idea: instead of repaving a 4 lane highway that is backed up 5 miles everyday, how about widening it? (ie I-820)

and I'm done

is frontage road supposed to mean "service road"??

and what about ohio having a 2 lane highway from top to bottom??... i think i-70 from cinci to toledo is just 2 lanes... and those stupid trucks block the road half the time so you can't get anywhere. at least that's how i remember it.

we do need lots of roadwork down here though. the texas DOT just does a half-a$$ed job at fixing things when in reality they take the easy/cheap way out.
