Believe it or not, being hollow doesn't take away strength. Look at strut tower bars, lower arm bars, roll cages, bicycle frames, etc. However, increasing the diameter increases strength, these should be much stronger than most sway bars out there. Significantly bigger than my old cusco bars, about 2x bigger than stock. I did a short review on these also in this thread
