No, the PCV valve is the Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve, a small plastic inline part; the Purge Control Solenoid Valve is a larger electrical-solenoid-driven valve.
Unfortunately, I've got a 2.5NA, but I'll see if I can find a diagram that shows where the "PCSV" is on the 2l turbo; IIRC, it's somewhere near the middle of the intake manifold, with a short tube going to the manifold, and a long one running back to the canister.
