Take off radiator cap, start car, step on accelerator a few times.
Does the water bubble up on acceleration and/or puffs of white smoke?

Next do a combustion leak detector blue liquid test for $21.24 part number LIS75500.

The blue liquid turns yellow if it has a bad head gasket.

I let the car sit over night, removed the radiator cap. Started the car and the coolant slowly started rising. Got the the top of the fill neck and I gave it some revs and it just pulsed a little bit, didn't bubble out or anything. Since the coolant reservoir for the turbo is above the radiator, wouldn't it overflow no matter what? Also no smoke from the radiator.

If I put my hand about 4 inches into the exhaust I can feel water building up on my hand.
