How much do you want to spend? Mobil1 0W-40, M1 TDT 5W-40, Red Line 5W-30/0W-40/10W-40, Renewable Lubricants Inc 5W-30/5W-40, Motul 300V 5W-30/5W-40/10W-40 or Rotella T6 5W-40. All of these are fine on the street and are good for the track. You probably want a highly friction modified, ester based oil at the track - RL, 300V, RLI, although people run the other oils at the track as well.
