In order to improve the ride quality, I would suspect the H&R lowering springs would be the best choice. Only because they are slightly softer (5%) vs. stock in the first .75" of compression. So freeway ride would be better than stock.

But...

Under harsher road conditions it would be stiffer.

Maybe just take her car when you go out......
