Nope. Math is math. They are too big to fit the OP's car. They will fit on your outback, but again, those are now .7" smaller than your original tires. That means your speedo will be off 3%, which doesn't really hurt anything, but I like to try and keep it close to stock diameter. 225/55/17 would be the size for you to achieve that.

Of course that tool doesn't really tell if the tire/wheel will fit without rubbing, but is a start.
