Yes, I contacted DBA directly, we are talking about it through e-mails and they are just as interested in solving this problem as I am. Shows how good of a company they are even as they are half way around the world. They sent me a picture of a STI track car they had with busted wheel bearings. It had grooves in relatively the same places as mine. If you look at the DBA 4000 series rotors and look at the long slots and short slots the lines seem to form right around those. I am almost positive its not related to the slots, as I can see the actuall rub marks on my brake brackets and pad clips.

The only thing that puzzels me is that I don't get the wear with the stock rotors (although mine are fairly well worn down and probably .05mm less in width then brand new rotors. My contact at DBA said with the DBA 4000 rotors on USDM calipers their should be about 1.75mm of space on each side between the rotor and the brake bracket.

I will have to perform some more tests and possibly take my car to subaru to check the wheel bearings. I tried just pushing and pulling the top of my tire while on my lunch break and on the passenger side I didn't hear any noises or feel any looseness. But on the driver side I heard a slight squeak type noise when I pulled and pushed on it, and I thought I felt a little looseness to it. If that is indeed true it sounds like it would be a bearing issue. But I will try taking the wheel off and putting the lugs on up to the rotor and just try pushing and pulling the rotor to see if I can feel any play to prove if its the wheel bearings or not.

The other thing is, sometimes when I am coasting and then accelerate I will hear a click sound. And also when I am coasting then brake I will hear another similar click sound. Also maybe related when just driving at a normal speed I will hear a quite almost chirping sound, kind of high pitched, then as soon as I put on some brakes it goes away. I am thinking this is all related to the brakes in one way or another just need to pinpoint all the problems.
