I had an exhaust shop custom make the up and downpipes for me. The factory wastegate hole is blocked by the downpipe flange and I'm using a tial 35mm that's venting straight to atmosphere. The lines are a little iffy, but they're holding
I just took the stock oil feed and return lines from a DSM and cut them up and then jammed some steel braided lines on them (required a little dremeling of the stock lines) and then hose clamped them on nice and tight.
Getting the pipes made took the most time for the whole project. Though anyone that is somewhat competant with exhaust should be able to do it. I ended up spending the day down at the shop and telling the guy exactly what to do and he'd make the bends and the welds right where I told him.
I'll get some pics up after work, I have them on a different computer.
The only other thing I haven't really solved yet is the pipe coming from the 14b compressor outlet. The stock is like 1.5"-1.75" diameter and I only had a 2" connector so I used a little duct tape to widen the pipe up. I guess it's holding for now, but RRE or Buschur sell 2" outlet pipes, so that's on the list of things to buy. I regret not taking pics of the pipes before I installed them but you can pretty much see how the setup is.
Also, I'm dumping to atmoshepre cause I'm running the stock exhaust. The same guy who made the pipes for me is going to do a 3" back from the downpipe...and we'll get a cat on there as well
