Read around on these boards before you go throwing cash at your car. The intake might help you because it throws the MAF meter off and the car runs a little lean. Cat-back will net you 0 gains on a stock car. If you run the intake, turn up the boost and get a bad tank of gas you could have problems.

Also, for people that aren't tuners and want some SAFE relyable power the ECUtek reflash is the way to go. The LAST thing I would reccomend to someone just getting into this is a Utec.

ECUtec + Turboback + uppipe should = solid low 13's

The uppipe and downpipe are MUST DO mods. The cat-back you mentioned is only for sound/looks(might be a little weight savings).

Lots of people are geting plenty of power with the stock intake on our cars.
