You can't just take any car off the lot, employee or GM. They are accountable for those cars. That's why they have loaner cars and not pick and choose off the lot cars
And the progressive snapshot is just that. It's a gps tracker that monitors speeds and routes taken by driver. It's a variable insurance rate based on driving habits and what not.
Don't believe me, google is your friend. Don't be afraid to call progressive and ask them too.
