Any one have any idea on why the low beam wouldn't get power? 30amp Fuse in the under hood panel is good and the low beam relay works. My retrofit turned into an 8hr thing because of this problem.... Any ideas?

Edit - Follow up:
After following the wiring diagram and checking all the fuses it mentions it was the daytime running light fuses... DO NOT TEST THE LIGHTS ON THE STOCK SYSTEM... I wanted to test them on the stock system to see if they worked before I fully installed everything.. should have just used the test lead. Anyway that 30amp main fuse in the fuse panel under the hood actually breaks off to the two 15amp daytime running light fuses..

So if your High beams still work, and the fog lights still work, but the lows do not.... check the Daytime running light fuses by the drivers fender. It seemed backwards to me and I knew the daytime running lights ran off the high beam bulbs so I didn't suspect anything like that.
