You state you disconnected the battery but did connect the current meter then so power was applied to the systems? The systems have sleep mode and power needs to be applied for them to work. If no activity happens in the electrical systems then the systems go to sleep, but power needs to be always applied without interruption.

Normal draw when things are asleep is about 0.030 amps.
