Yes, and the sensor, heater controller, current meter, and all other parts of the Prosport wideband system are crap.

Prosport is like the K-mart of gauge manufacturers. Sure it might kind of work, somewhat, for a little while, but it's not going to be either accurate or reliable in the long term.
