Do you have any idea of the factory specs for the amount of torque to apply to all the "loose" clamps you "fixed"? While they may have seemed loose, it's very possible that's how they're meant to be. A great example of this are the three bolts that support the strut towers that many people break due to over tightening.
Maybe you'd get better results from your dealer if you didn't complain about *everything*. 50% of the threads in this forum are complaints from you. Loosen up! (pun intended).
