alrighty, I'll look more closely for moisture, but I don't believe there's any condensation on the inside of the headlights. When I installed the bulbs the first time I was very cautious handling them, wore rubber gloves even. The first bulb that went, the metal filament just looks like a tiny piece of it went missing, the second bulb actually looks like it exploded, the glass is all discolored.

As far as the wiring harness, I have it all drawn up, as a matter of fact - here. I forgot the inline fuse on the battery line, but other than that there are no other resitors or diodes or anything.

The second 55W bulb hasn't gone yet, but perhaps if it does what I'll do is get two new bulbs and wire the passenger side off the stock power source, and keep the driver's side on the suvlights relay... and, uh, see what happens. That's about all I got.
