I was coming back from Richmond on Oak Street one night and there was a line of perhaps 6 cars cars stopped in the right lane at a light and the left lane was clear. It was a fairly major intersection so there was also a left turn lane which was clear as well.

Anynow, I'm still quite a ways back coming down the left lane at a decent speed as the light changes. Well, the A4 at the back of the line decides it's gonna turn left... maybe? Basically, it starts to move very slowly from the right lane and more or less stops diagonally across the left lane for now apparent reason and then creeps forward a bit and is only about 70% in the left turn lane and 30% in my lane as I'm about to reach it.

Now I'll admit I've got a bit of an attitude and if someone is being a dumbass I like to give them a bit of a scare which means I tend not to slow down unless I absolutely must and I like to cut things close. It tends to give the gf a good scare too. Anyhow, I maintained my speed and swerved just enough at just the last moment as to not to clip the A4 while laying on the horn.

Oh, and apparently in Richmond it's legal to make right turns on red FROM THE LEFT TURN LANE as someone in a Mazda pickup was kind enough to demonstrate.
