Tanabe Sustec coilovers 02+ WRX

I have up for sale a set of Tanabe Sustec Pro S-OC Type-II Coilovers for a WRX. Think they have around 10k on them. I bought them a while ago but never installed them because I ended up getting Tein Flex instead. Paint is chipping some on them but the owner before me said they worked perfectly. Asking $600 OBO for them plus shipping.

Quick question: Is the dampening adjustable?

EDIT: Nevermind they're not, and what I gather from Tanabe's site is that they require tops
