rain shield

where can i get, or what's the best material to use to make a rain shield for CAI?

That's easy. Go to your local car parts store. Home Depot!

Get some lexan and some angle brackets and a few nuts and bolts and you can build this.

but you cant make use of the hood vents...

i'm looking for a different design.. any one?

Dude, I run with the vents open all the time. This mod keeps rain, car wash soap and mud out/off of the filter.

along with air from the hood. you only get air from the fender...

with the round shield i'd be able to get both.
