2 JDM 02' lights, one hid 1 not?

so i baught the wrong light to replace the one i smashed in a crash ( i dunno alot about lights) and i think this one is a JDM HID headlight. Can i make the HId one reagular projector with just a different bulb? will i be able to wire it into the same plug and play that i have in for the regular JDM projectors.... or is it totally different? thanks in advance....

And sorry, but i dont have my car with me, its at the shop getting fixed ATM so i dunno what the stuff looks like under the hood to check things...

i asked the same question maybe you could search my posts. On a side note i got a drivers side (our drivers) for sale if you have a passenger one.
