Default rear tophats

So i just got KYB agx's and H&R springs that are meant for a sedan, but for my 95 legacy wagon.

So long story short the springs on the wagon rear are bigger (wider around top of the spring) then the sedan rear spring.

Is it that i just have to change the tophats to a sedan tophats, I saw sombody on here have sedan eibach springs on a wagon so thats why i did it.

anyone have a answer for what i should do my cars apart right now any quick response would be very helpful.

Match the strut tops to the sedan, and you're golden. The correct strut tops will match the correct springs/struts.

you should be able to use your existing top hat, but you'll need the correct upper spring perch... or get the correct springs.

yea do you think you could determine the problem im having with a picture of the spring and the top hat that i am having problems with.

I herd that Subaru springs stay the same width just about, from the bottom to the top of the spring, and if this is the case then i do have the wrong spring.

Right, but when you buy top hats, they come with spring perches. Get a set of Group N top hats for all four corners - just order a set for a sedan and you'll be laughing.

You can't adjust camber via the rear top-hat. You can only adjust camber in the rear using camber bolts.

Rear camber isn't adjustable on factory parts.

Yea i worded that wrong.

What I ment was isn't the rear tophats different so it makes the rear camber different on the sedans then the wagons, but im not sure.

But yea i called H&R and there the wrong springs they sent me miata ones. Box was right not the springs though.

thanks everyone

They don't.

Only 02+ Impreza sedans and wagons have different tracks, and the strut top mounts have nothing to do with it.
