Default List of what is needed on a car 2 b street legal?

I've been searching around and can't seem to find a list of exactly what you need to have on a car to make it street legal. I need to schedule an appointment for a level III inspection on my car soon and I don't want to fail because of something stupid. It's going to pass emissions, I just don't know what else is required by law here. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Besides the obvious of horn, all lights/signals, belts, windshield... you also must have a SWIC NASIOC.COM sticker available through the sticky on the main page. Mine is coming in the mail now.

Seriously though, other than learning that a level III is $50. I got nothing either.

/\ That's about all the Info I could find, was the ish about the cost of the inspection, I can't seem to find what they're looking for while they do the inspection.

And a list of "obvious" stuff is exactly what I'm looking for. details about the lights, doors, locks, seat belts, how many mirrors, all that mumbo jumbo. I just don't want to have to trailer it there more than once for this inspection.

It's teh same thing as a regular inspection, it's just that the person who does the level III is looking to make sure the car is actually "restored" to normal condition.

/\ I figured that much, I still have a small box full of receipts to bring with me. I need to know the bare min. that's needed to pass. I don't want to add any weight that's not needed to pass the inspection.

You must have atleas 2 mirrors (ie Rear view and 1 side view) Headlights/tail lights, brake lights. If its a car you need blinkers as well. A working odometer, along with a speedo. IF you Imported your car and its a RHD you might have an issue with not having a VIN, and the windows and bumpers not being crash tested.....

At a minimum, you need one outside mirror, one interior rear view mirror, one head light, one stop light, one rear light, and one reverse light (stop light, rear light, and reverse light can be in the same assembly. You are not required to have turn signals, you can use hand signals. You need a windshield, that is, I think, at least 12" tall, and one wiper. Model A Fords have the bare minimum and they are legal.
