Default Econoswap+POWAR!!! What do I need?

I'm looking for an econoswap, but, still have a ton of power. This will be done in about 3 years, I'm just wanting to know what I should look for, to find prices, so I can save up.

Here is what I want:
400awhp daily driver
gets 350+miles per tank

My friend is making 440awhp with an htagreen and meth on his 07 sti, yet getting 400miles per tank till the light comes on. I'm thinking about a simular set up. I'm not looking for a full track car, remember, this has to be used for every day driving.

So, I'm thinking something like a ej257 or ej255 block with rotated fpred turbo, and meth. Does this seem doable? Please, throw some other ideas around.

Its not gonna be easy but you'll need to build a block with a turbo that doesn't spool till later in your rpm range. At that point if you drive well you can get decent fuel economy. Down side is you won't have much torque and you'll probably be using your new found horsepower and never hit 350 miles per tank anyways.
