Question Smells like wet dog......

........almost everytime i get in the car. The previous owner has dogs and took them with him in the car. Ive shampooed the inside but that hasnt gotten rid of the smell. Any thoughts?

behind the glovebox - remove the glovebox and you will see a slot for a filter (filter may or may not be present)

also, have you tried steam cleaning?

Try smoking a cigarette in there. That should mask just about any smell.

Ive also had the car only a month so it will be a whie before I smoke in there. I do agree though that would definately work.
