Want to trade my MT NA baja (and cash) for your MT Turbo! Or upgrade advice?

I love my baja, but not a day goes by that I don't kick myself for not getting the turbo.

Some of you might remember I put up a post about wanting to sell my baja so that I could by a WRX or saab 9-2x. My wife's car died and we bought a saab 9-2x. I love it and I plan to do a lot with it. We now have a fast toy and the cruck which I'm not actually prepared to part with. My baja is an 03 with 73k miles and is working great! It has a scuff on the rear bumper and can use a little touchup, but other than that it just needs a bath, and more power. Anyone want less power and a little cash?

OR

What would it take to put the turbo in it? If I found a engine+wiring+ecu from a wrx or a baja turbo, could It be dropped in?

If you are willing to travel, there is one 04 turbo (red/silver, auto with bed extender) at Go Subaru South. Just glanced at it, it's in a good shape. Dealer is asking for about $15K.
