Thumbs up How's the mpg on modded cars?

I'm curious on the mpg you guys are getting after modding your cars. Please list your mods and mpg.

Also, Which mods will help or kill your mpg?

Only power mod I have is Ganzflow CAI, and it stayed about the same: 19-22 mpg, mostly city. It may have gotten slightly better, but I use the gas a little more now . I will be adding header, catback, pulleys and ProECM soon, so we'll see how that does.

19-22? Ouch.

I only get that bad when I practice my 60-110-60 runs for an hour and a half.

Otherwise I get 24 city/mixed and 28ish highway

Cobb CAI, UOR UDP, SPT/Brospeed cat back, dunlop sport 5000s, mobil 1 engine/rear diff (and currently tranny but that's getting removed tomorrow), NGK plugs, maybe some other things I'm not remembering now. Kartboy shifter/bushing, sti top/motor/tranny mounts, v5 struts, SPT springs, FHI 18mm rear swaybar, Cusco 40mm rear strut bar.

I get 26 mixed and 29-31 highway right now.

GanzFlow, Stromung, SAFC, Magnacore Wires & Bosch Platinum Plugs, KYB AGX, Whiteline rear sway bar, strut bars, v5 wing, new stock tires on WRX rims, front and rear skidplates, Valvoline synthetic tranny/diff oil, and regular 5w-30 engine oil.

Well, when I was stock I got 21-22 stock

Now I have Intake, UDP, 2.25" catback and street cams for power mods. Still get 21-22.

Getting heads and high overlap cams is apparently when you start to lose MPG.

my mileage and mods were just like Midwayman's until recently when I've become a more docile driver, not often visiting redline.

now I'm getting 24mpg mixed, but mostly highway.
