Exclamation Engine Oil Leak ?

Could some one please shead some light as to why I maybe seeing oil along the rim of my spark plugs. When I changed my plugs this weekend noticed oil aroung the spark plug cover and engine. If your looking at the engine I found oil only on the front left and right plugs.

When I removed the spark plugs they both were snug when removing. I also looked at the tip of the spark plug and it was white ( See more pictures here link). The car seems to be running fine. Idles ok when warming up.

Any thoughts are appreciated?

Thanks
Jim

there is a gasket around each one of the spark plug holes, and it looks like that one is starting to leak. I believe it's part of a valve cover gasket set to can get from the dealer.

btw, if you think that is bad, you should see some of the v6 ford probes that come into our shop

those are seperate from the valve cover gasket but if you have a warranty it's covered, just take it in.
