Default accident

so im driving down university around 4:50ish pm and go to take a left in the turn lane to go to the johanson expressway when i get in to the turn lane a scion pulls in to that lane and we hit

he gets a ticket for improper lane change. ok thats what happened.

but they gave me a ticket for following too close behind???? i was already in the turn lane !!!

the trooper came and talked to the other guys only, he never talked to me about my side of the story.

the impact was on his drivers side door

call up the police department and get a copy of the case. See which vehicle was at fault and tell them you did not get to make a statement. then go to court!

Sounds like the Scion is trying to tell the popo that you were tailgating them and then jumped up as they went into the same turn lane. Take it to court for sure.

I wonder if it was the same cop that pulled me over up there for following too close.

FAIL! Beat them with your pink steering wheel. Any car that can take that kind of damage from a miata deserves to be destroyed.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't get why you'd want to drive an under-powered box around in the first place.
