wanna help with an up-pipe install?

I'm thinking about doing this tomorrow morning (Saturday the 10th) so i can get it tuned as soon as Jeremy is ready. what I have are jackstands, and sockets with a garage to use them in. what I need are wrenches, an EGT socket, a jack, and a helping hand.

let me know if anyone is interested. I live on country club and baseline just off the 60. I'll buy lunch.

I am also a high voltage electrician, and would be happy to help you out with some electrical some time as a gesture of gratitude

if your really lucky, you'll get to see my ghettotastic heat shield and marvel at the engineering genius that went into the R&D

Spray all the turbo bolts and the lower uppipe to header bolts with PB blaster tonight and it will be 100x easier tomorrow. I'd help out, but I'm out of town. Jeremy as in Blkscooby?

id help but i'm working till 4. i can help if you wanna do it sunday. if you go it alone, just so you know, autozone will usually let you borrow their egt socket.

yeah, it's kind of short notice... my plans got changed up on me, and I ended up with a free morning. Saturdays are my only free day so I figured I'd throw it out there if anyone wanted to help, but if not, I can do it next week.

I think I'll just plan for next saturday, and do it with or without help. however, if anyone can make it, I would greatly appreciate it, as I am a little intimidated by the task. it took me like 4 hours to do my TBE solo lol

yes Jeremy = Blkscooby I hear he's pretty good at it.

AWDshenanigans: thank you for the offer. I know it's quite a drive from peoria. I wish I could take you up on it.

be prepared to possibly break a bolt or 2 especially if they are rusted... i speak from experiance

the DP was cake with some PB blaster, but before I tried the PB, I actually broke a socket adapter. I cant believe the difference that stuff really makes, and I only let it sit like 5 minutes.

thanks for the heads up. do you know if they are the same 10 1.25 that the rest of the exhaust uses? I'll probably grab a few nuts and bolts to be safe
