Default New Developments in Tuning at DSG

We are working with RomRaider to develop effective antilag with the Stock Subaru WRX ECU. Matt can provide details but I think that this is available for 2.0 WRX ECU at the moment. We also can now tune directly to the ECU on E30 and E36 BMW, many Nissan, some Porsche, Evo, Honda etc..

The Honda stuff is old hat.

Here's a video of Matt and Bill testing the antilag on Bill's wagon. This requires no extra hardware so it would be an attractive option for autocross and hillclimb!

We have also been working a lot with Motec and Vipec as of late for those of you with race cars that are interested in exploiting the benefits of a stand-alone system.

How is this done?

If it's deemed "safe", I may consider this for my BSP car...

Alex, I'm assuming this is only chip burnt e30/e36 stuff? Not ODB2.

I think so Bren. I'll ask Matt. I now you're on top of the OBDII BMW stuff lately.

AceJam, for a competition car that needs the edge I'd recommend it. 4+psi boost off throttle. For a street car I wouldn't. It's done all through ecu programming.

That's great Matt does it now. Jim Conforti (Shark) wrote me a threatening email that it wasn't possible to write to the DME.

Is this the Group-N rom for the early 16-bit ECU's?

Ive also got the Grp-N rom working pretty well on my car. I was able to completely remove the MAF, and got the VE tables pretty dialed in with ease. I assume noone has a solution to the multiple CEL issue yet? It has quite a few advantages OTHER then antilag as well.
