regarding used cobs ap

Hello all , just like to know what unmarried , on a cobs unit mean . I'm thinking about buying a used cobs , and he has said that he is the second owner of the unit . Do I have to worry about license that have been used up already ?
Do I need to worry .

UN-married is a good thing just like when you hit on chicks at a bar!

Just make sure that it's for your year make and model, and update to the latest firmware as there is always up date's coming out for it to run better as well as your car. go to cobbtuning.com forums for more info.
