aye that's nice, it's sort of what i want to do power wise. Decent torque at 3k peak torque before 4k. around 300hp. Higher compression for turbo response. Sleeper wagon. very similar to what i'm shooting for. except mine hopefully handles better (maybe not) autocross car.

Did you tune it yourself and just rent their dyno? That is one nice Subaru....It must be cool going to a meet and not being just another GD wrx.

Hi what headgasket thickness did you use? And did you port the cc of the 20k head?

Stock head cc. OEM EJ257 Head gasket.
I just used deep dished JE Pistons to lower the Compression a bit. by my calculation it is right at 9.0:1. I have been running this engine for 15-20K miles,2.5 years, with no issues... still drive it every day. -=Suberdave=- |
