Default SRS10 reflash

Wondering how to dump more $ into the car, I started seriously considering an ispeed reflash.

Got headers and a catback, I don't want to change the intake so as to keep the noise down, and going catless isn't my cup of tea either. Cams worry me due to lash adjustment (id have to pay to get them done in the shop every time), so I figured the reflash is the next best thing. However, the reviews are very rare... could anyone chime in?

I *think* Back Road Runner had the SRS10 at some point. You might try PMing him.

...perhaps...

Yep, SRS-10 on a stock engine, kept it all the way through my current mods. Then I swapped it for a SRS-20.

I wrote a little review/impression thread in the ECU section of the forum stating my thoughts about what it offers versus stock. I think the only thing I wasn't sure on in that thread was mileage. Basically I lost 0.5mpg overall on average but it is a lot more consistent, i.e. less drop over winter, city, and aggressive driving versus stock but not as good for highway and light cruising. All the other aspects are in the thread, so you can read through that.

Thanks. BTW, have you seen the budget build write-up on rs25? It's worth stickying the link on here IMHO...
